Why can't we give someone -stars? Horrible management. Manipulative tactics to rip customers off. I drove more than 200 miles to get to there dealership. Upon arrival, I meet my salesgirl KIM. Very polite, knowledgeable. The moment I requested to test a drive car, which I wanted to buy? Manager JOHNNY PARK came outside, greeted me, and asked me if I wanted to buy the car, other wise I can't test drive it. I told him, I drove that far to buy a car, not to meet him. He presented me with the #s. Everything was ok, except reconditioning fee. I told him what is that for? His answers were blah blah blah. I told him remove that fee, and I will buy the car subject to test drive. Johnny Park, replied was, Oh, Let me call my manager. He said, my manager said, you have to pay that fee. I told him, no way, I am paying that fee. Because, you are adding that to price to increase your profit. Instead doing something to earn my business. He did something amazing. He went and increase the price of his car on his website, as well as at Car Gurus. So, my advice to you, if you going there to buy BMW M4. Don't pay more than $49995. Because, that was the advertising price of that car on their website upon my arrival. No wonder, why I haven't seen any one at their dealership beside me. BE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM FEE to rip customers off. More
