The dealership produced a document for me to initial stating this when I was nearly complete with the purchasing process. I could not opt out. I will ensure everyone I meet knows about this requirement at this dealership and shops elsewhere until this garbage stops. More

We sought to buy our sons first car as a senior in high school going into college and Hyundai stood out to us for their safety record. We came to the dealer and were greeted by Al Rivera with amazing cour school going into college and Hyundai stood out to us for their safety record. We came to the dealer and were greeted by Al Rivera with amazing courtesy and attention. He presented several car options and worked with us on a Sonata and found the color we most liked at a different location and had it arranged to be delivered to the dealership where we purchased quite easily and quickly with Nathan Choe in finance and eventually, as family wit Al, rang the gong and it was quite memorable. A great experience through and through, highly recommend, thank you. More

Sonata engine recall. Unfortunately dealt with Service Adviser Wayne who was visibly annoyed when we stopped in to ask if it was ok to have car towed there for service. 3 Unfortunately dealt with Service Adviser Wayne who was visibly annoyed when we stopped in to ask if it was ok to have car towed there for service. 3 weeks on and nothing from Wayne. Hyundai USA notified us that replacement engine was covered but nothing from Wayne. Vehicle was towed to a licensed repair shop initially. Lead mechanic inspected and drove the vehicle. He is the person that told us the problem and about the class action lawsuit that Hyundai lost in regards to the engines in Sonatas. Vehicle then had to be towed to Hyundai dealership for service based on lawsuit resolution. Both to truck drivers drove car onto their respective rollbacks, and drove them off when they arrived at their destinations. Each and everyone of them has stated that the ONLY problem with the car was the engine. Now AFTER 3 weeks of sitting at Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville, Wayne FINALLY calls. NOT to tell us what is going on or the timeframe for the engine replacement, but to tell us both brake lines are leaking and need replacement for 600+ dollars. The car has been sitting with them for 3 weeks. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE! I was also informed, not by Wayne, that apparently we have a flat tire as well. ALL WHILE SITTING AT THEIR DEALERSHIP! If you can take your vehicle ANYWHERE else, DO IT. At the very least avoid Service Advisor Wayne. He is awful and should not be in any service position. More
