Thanks for responding! Not much more in the way of details... the tech who worked on my vehicle was communicative and did a great job. It was really just the long wait-time that was an issue. I was only using the dealership for service because it is free with my new vehicle - otherwise I would have gone to our regular mechanic where wait-time is about 1/2 of what it was at the dealership. I will continue with the free maintenance and just hope next time it is a shorter wait.
