The work was never completed and my car was stolen from your lot. It took 4 days for the dealership to realize that it was missing. The dealership was not willing to engage with me only to me off to the your lot. It took 4 days for the dealership to realize that it was missing. The dealership was not willing to engage with me only to me off to their insurance company. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership, you'd think they'd reach out and offer something for my inconvenience or personal property that insurance refused to cover but no. More

The staff was great and the waiting area was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The only issue was I scheduled my appointment for an oil change almost two weeks in advance, got there roughly 10 minutes e surprisingly comfortable.
