Thanks for the good deal on our new IONIQ 5 Limited. It's the second new car we've bought from Antwerpen Clarksville and Mike Serrano. The service department is outstanding. It's the second new car we've bought from Antwerpen Clarksville and Mike Serrano. The service department is outstanding. More

I had a few bad experiences at this dealership when my car was serviced. When I purchased my car, I bought the service package. My car was only ever serviced at the Clarksville location until it was time car was serviced. When I purchased my car, I bought the service package. My car was only ever serviced at the Clarksville location until it was time to replace my tires. I purchased new tires at Costco during a promotion and when it came time for my installation, the Costco Tire Center technicians could not find my wheel lock key. The key was always used during my oil changes/tire rotations at Clarksville and placed back in the original packaging in a compartment in my trunk. I never touched the wheel lock key and I assumed that the dealership forgot to put back the key after servicing (the timing was interesting since the key went missing after I used my last "coupon" of the service package). I called the dealership requesting them to check whether they had the key and they refused to do anything about the situation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt - the wheel lock key could have fallen out of the packaging on rough roads. After this experience with them, I decided to take my business elsewhere and only go to the Clarksville location if there is a recall. I recently had to get my car serviced for an anti-theft recall. Once my car was finished servicing, I noticed that my car did not chime after pressing the lock button on the key fob. I dismissed any issues and thought it was related to the recent recall and updates to the software. I ran a few errands afterwards and after coming back to my car, I realized the hood was not completely closed (the reason why my car did not chime when being locked). I have a friend who services their vehicle at this location and they've had similar experiences in which the service center misplaces or forgets to close caps, or other parts of the car. I DO NOT recommend this location - save yourself the headache. You will also hear the customer and service representations gossiping and venting about customers as you wait for your vehicle - unprofessional. More
