The advisor was extremely rude. . especially after my car was ready and the keys on his desk. I have bought from this dealer many times and sent 8-10 deals there way use to be good now the last sale it’s 4 months later and still no floor mats that were missing at time of pick up!!! I waited for my car to be serviced and let the service department know that I would be waiting, My appointment was at 2:00 and I got there at 1:30. I asked how long it should take and was told that it would take approximately 2-2/2 hr. I waited until approximately 6:00 and then I went to see what was taking so long. I was told that they called me but I did not hear the phone. I was also told that they went out to the waiting room and was called. I assume I must have been in the restroom because other than the waiting room that was the only other place that I had been. My question is why did they not call me in the waiting room more than once or call only once. I suggest in that calls and notifying in the waiting area should be more than once until the person is located. I try to be very patient and not bother workers but I was not happy that I sat there much longer than was necessary. More
I will say that I did not have a great service with this dealership. I was initially charged for an oil change that is free under my maintenance plan. After telling staff this, I was told that my maintenance policy was outdated. I had to go to the supervisor who then told me the same thing after checking again. I offered to call to verify my maintenance service for them, which was then they decided to take a further look into it to then realize that my coverage was valid. They then took the charge off my bill after I had to question them 3 times. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of what they thought I didn't know, which I didn't appreciate. Secondly, part of my service included a software update on my Hyundai Elantra, but as a result, I am no longer able to remote start my vehicle. The alarm goes off anytime I attempt to do so. There's been so much going on with Hyundai lately, not being forthcoming with information they know. It would have been nice to know I would have lost my remote start privileges. Just overall bad service. I am looking into getting a different make vehicle altogether. More
