Great experience yesterday. I received an online price sheet before I went to the dealership so once I walked in and handed them that, they went and retrieved the car, got my tr I received an online price sheet before I went to the dealership so once I walked in and handed them that, they went and retrieved the car, got my trade-in accepted and I was out the door within 2hrs. The Finance dept didn't try to upsell me like I was expecting. Everyone was great! I highly recommend this dealership and the simplicity of buying a new car there. Thank you! More

The staff in the service dept often don't answer the phones. Also, their time estimate for my service (oil change, filter change, tire rotation) was 1-1.5hrs, but it took 2.25hrs even though there weren phones.
