Had to get towed in. They checked it out and charged for what they said was the problem and even “test drove” it to check for the signs we noticed before it broke down. We immediately experienced the same things as we drove it off the lot and took it somewhere else. Have NEVER had a good experience with this location. This is our 4th attempt since moving to the area. Always had good experiences at dealerships before this one. Legit worst. More

I was there for a factory recall. I had requested oil change as well and confirmed that I will be waiting. I asked for a status update after a couple of hours and was told that it wil I had requested oil change as well and confirmed that I will be waiting. I asked for a status update after a couple of hours and was told that it will be another 15-20 minutes. The service team was not aware that I was waiting. I went again after 30 minutes to be told that it is coming soon. ANd I finally got my car back after 3 hours. And the oil change was not done. They asked me to pull the car back inside. It was too late for me. Also, I was told that I will get the inspection report which I never received. Not a good experience overall. More

I had started off working with another dealer and in fact purchased a vehicle from them but after five days and they didn’t know when my vehicle would arrive, I contacted Antwerpen and that was a fantastic c purchased a vehicle from them but after five days and they didn’t know when my vehicle would arrive, I contacted Antwerpen and that was a fantastic choice. The sales manager, Michael, assured me he had the vehicle I wanted on the lot and undercut the original price I was going to pay. I sent him all the information via email for the paperwork and everything was ready when my wife and I arrived. Moe, the salesperson, had the vehicle changed and showed my wife the necessary features. Moe turned us over to the finance manager who had all the documents ready for signature. We were done and on our way home with my wife driving a new 2024 Kona EV within an hour. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Moe called the next day to check in and said he was available if we had any questions. I will definitely use Antwerpen again. More
It was my first time visiting this location for scheduled maintenance. I appreciated the nice greeting from staff and the welcoming environment, and fast service. But when it came to check out, I wasn’t impressed. I worked with Jasmine. She called my name when I was in lounge and went back to her desk. She instructed me to go to cashier but I walked in the wrong part. I got confused since it was my first time. I expect someone to briefly go over all that was done and if there are any recommendations or service. Not be dismissed to just go to cashier. I had questions the cashier wasn’t able to answer. And being a first timer, there should be more emphasis on making sure I’m comfortable with everything. More
