This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from the guys at the Clarksville location. Even though I hadn't been in for nearly 2 years, the Sales Manager Kevin Cary, recognized me right away. This really impressed me knowing how many people they must see in a years' time! Kevin had given me great service the first time I purchased a car from him so I was really glad to see that he was now the Sales Manager. I had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin Cary, Scott Warren, and Carl Jensen. All three gentlemen were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I love the fact that during both trips to this dealer, I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. I felt they took the time necessary to find out what it was I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. They discussed all my options with me and allowed me to decide which option would work best for me. I felt like they really wanted to put me in the vehicle I wanted at a price and payment that felt comfortable to me. I have recommended the Clarksville dealership to several people over the course of the past 2 years and will continue to do so. The biggest surprise was we settled on a price in less than 15 minutes!!!! The 2010 Santa Fe has so many upgrades than my 2005 its unbelieveable. I would recommend Antwerpen Hyundia in Clarkville to any one who wants to buy a car. Rich Murphy was my salesperson he wasn't pushy but very knowledgable. He answered every question and more. You couldn't find a better person to deal with. These guys are GREAT!! When I asked where there was a Starbucks.....they told me to write down what I wanted....soon enough we were presented with our desired frappaccinos!!! I had a great experience at this store. From Russ (my sales guy) and Scott (finance guy) all the way to the top with Travis (sales manager). Not only did all three of them take care of me via my new Tucs sales guy) and Scott (finance guy) all the way to the top with Travis (sales manager). Not only did all three of them take care of me via my new Tucson, they also did a great job of educating me on the process and working with me, not pushing me every step of the way. I must admit I was a little reluctant at first seeing as they all seamed so young. But wow was I impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. The only thing that wasn't done was that when the manager called to let us know the vehicle was in we requested that the vehicle be ready to go when we arrived, and it was not. Therefore, we did have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. However, it was worth the wait. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata! More
