After discussing a miscommunication of the pricing of my new vehicle today with Russ at Antwerpen Hyundai Clarksville, I am more than satisfied with the explanation I received. This came about because I misunderstood the method that would be used to transfer existing paid services from my previous auto to my new one. He explained that I would be receiving a check in the mail from Hyundai for the prorated amount. Russ had looked into the matter, after our earlier discussion of my concern on the phone today and got back to me very quickly when he realized the reason for my misunderstanding. I very much appreciate his efforts to set my concerns straight. This immediately changed my rating on the pricing an quality of work on the survey. I went in the store just to look around. I was greeted, I was able to walk around the store with out feeling like I was being HAWKED. I seen a car I liked, test drove it, I LOVED it. This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from the guys at the Clarksville location. Even though I hadn't been in for nearly 2 years, the Sales Manager Kevin Cary, recognized me right away. This really impressed me knowing how many people they must see in a years' time! Kevin had given me great service the first time I purchased a car from him so I was really glad to see that he was now the Sales Manager. I had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin Cary, Scott Warren, and Carl Jensen. All three gentlemen were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I love the fact that during both trips to this dealer, I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. I felt they took the time necessary to find out what it was I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. They discussed all my options with me and allowed me to decide which option would work best for me. I felt like they really wanted to put me in the vehicle I wanted at a price and payment that felt comfortable to me. I travelled 30 miles one way to the Antwerpen Hyundia dealership found the car my wife and I wanted. She test drove it and loved it. The biggest surprise was we settled on a price in less than 15 minutes!!!! The 2010 Santa Fe has so many upgrades than my 2005 its unbelieveable. I would recommend Antwerpen Hyundia in Clarkville to any one who wants to buy a car. Rich Murphy was my salesperson he wasn't pushy but very knowledgable. He answered every question and more. You couldn't find a better person to deal with. Scott Warren the finance manager explained the different warranties available so thoughly that when we left his office you felt you got a good deal and actually knew everything you purchased.
