Now let me tell you all the reasons they were horrible: 1. While trying to sell us the Hyundai Sonata that we were exploring they told us to check the CarFax and we would see that it had been owned by one owner and that the owner had been their customer and just traded it in to upgrade to a newer Hyundai. NOT TRUE...it had been a rental vehicle in Louisiana. 2. They told us the internet price was rock bottom, but told us with a wink to call back the next day for a "special price". This indicated to us that the price was in fact negotiable and so we attempted to enter into negotiations with them after they offered a price that was $500 less. 3. They made it a point to emphasize that the car was Hyundai Certified preowned. Although they used this as a selling point, NO ONE IN THE FACILITY could give us a copy of the actual warranty. (they said their finance person who was the expert in wabout 3 minutes prior to our call which was at the end of the day. Richard Freeman, who was supposed to drive the car to us on that day was not even in the office. It was actually his day off! So we terminated the agreement and bought the exact same car (actually 10,000 miles less) at another dealership which was TONS nicer to deal with. No hassle and very accomodating. Bottom line: the personnel were kind until the sale was made. then they had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The used car sales manager actually called me to apologize and when I related my experience, he agreed and said there was nothing he could say to justify their behavior.arranties was off for the day) so... 4. When I called the next day, even the warranty "expert" could not make it his business to fax this warranty to us. ALL DAY LONG. We had agreed to a price the day prior and, pending our receipt of this warranty, they were supposed to bring the vehicle to us in Pikesville where we would complete the sale. This was promised by our salesman, Mr. Freeman and was supposed to take place on Thursday. 5. On Thursday, we called again to try to get this warranty. Again. ALL DAY...NO RESPONSE. When we finally got through to someone (the dealership does not always answer their phone) he claimed to have faxed it earlier, when in actuality my husband received the fax only moments before. The secretary told me it was Richard Freeman's day off, so how in the world was he supposed to deliver the car to me as he had promised he would??? At that point I terminated the agreement. The used car sales manager called me and apologized and told me he could not justify their behavior. More
My 2004 Elantra was totaled and Antwerpen made buying a 2010 Elantra quick and easy. They checked other dealers and found the model and color I wanted for immediate delivery. I had approved financing going in; however, I was able to save money by financing through Hyundai thanks to general sales manager, Travis Talbott. The entire team, including the after market sales and finance closing team, were respectful of my financial constraints and in the end I didn't feel pushed into purchasing items for my car that would have increased my payments beyond my comfort zone. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that my overall experience with the car buying process at Antwerpin Hyundai went very smoothly. Kudos and thanks to everyone. I would not hesitate to recommend Antwerpin Hyundai and Mr. Lortou Browne to my family and friends. More

My wife & I spent a short time reviewing options with Louie and then we test drove a couple of different models. He either answered every question I threw at him immediately or provided the information quickly in a brochure or on the computer. We have never experienced a more relaxing and comfortable car buying experience. Everyone in the place was friendly in a genuine way with no pushy stuff or stereotypical car dealer shenanigans... Just straight up professional service. I will return to this dealer for my next purchase and I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers! BTW, the 2011 Sonata that we purchased... Nice! I was able to review everything on the Web prior to visiting the Dealership. Everything was perfect... No surprises! More

This came about because I misunderstood the method that would be used to transfer existing paid services from my previous auto to my new one. He explained that I would be receiving a check in the mail from Hyundai for the prorated amount. Russ had looked into the matter, after our earlier discussion of my concern on the phone today and got back to me very quickly when he realized the reason for my misunderstanding. I very much appreciate his efforts to set my concerns straight. This immediately changed my rating on the pricing an quality of work on the survey. I went in the store just to look around. I was greeted, I was able to walk around the store with out feeling like I was being HAWKED. I seen a car I liked, test drove it, I LOVED it. I chat with Murph(salesman) about the car,all the questions i had he answered them with such excitement. I spent half hour or fourty five minutes with Scott W(finace manager) which he made the experience great.He was straight to the point and he is awesome with kids :) I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. The people at this store give a warm welcoming, they have great prices and out standing customer service. More
