overall, good experience our experience overall was good. it took way too long (we arrived at 1 and didn't leave until 6:30 -- they need more people, especially on weekends), our experience overall was good. it took way too long (we arrived at 1 and didn't leave until 6:30 -- they need more people, especially on weekends), and the price we were quoted before we met with the finance manager was less than the eventual price (granted $8.00 extra doesn't seem like a lot per month, but that translates to over $500.00 over the life of the loan. But the people were nice and they had the car ion stock and we weren't descended upon like vultures when we walked onto the lot. We did appreciate that. More
