New process was efficient but a little confusing at the end. My main reason for 3 stars. I Had asked for air to be put in my tires when they were rotated. My constructive criticism (2) and one concern:; When I made the appointment online I didn’t get a confirmation email/text as stated (so I had to call to confirm), and I made that specific appointment time at 10AM because the website stated there would be shuttle availability, but I didn’t get called for the shuttle until 11:22AM- I had already walked to work by that time, but I think there should be a sign-up sheet or something for specific shuttle times. And my concern was that I had a comprehensive service done to my vehicle on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my Tire Pressure Alert is now on. We did have a chilly night on Tuesday, but I would have thought all my tires would have been filled to optimum pressure the day after all that work, so know I’m worried that the service was TOO QUICK. The light is still on, so I’m going to check to see how low the air is this weekend (it’s parked), and if it’s really low then it means someone didn’t check my tires on Tuesday (part of what I paid for). I usually get good Service and have bought all 3 of my vehicles at Antwerpen Hyundai so this isn’t a salty review. Just constructive. More
