My experience was not good. I gave my keys to the person at the desk. He didn't tell me how long it was going to take. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Went in for a service issue notice that I received and to have them complete the balance of the work requested on my previous visit. Confusing paperwork makes it very difficult to determine what work has be have them complete the balance of the work requested on my previous visit. Confusing paperwork makes it very difficult to determine what work has been performed. I had asked for the 15,000 mi service on prior visit and asked if air and cabin filters were changed and was told they were okay. When I looked at the inspection report when I got home, I noticed that both of the filters were red flagged. I called and they told me to schedule another appt to have filters replaced. Looking at the 15,000 mi service, there is no indication on the invoice of work performed that the battery or cables were serviced. I expect a dealership to complete work as requested or at least have a discussion on what they have omitted. I should not need to do quality control for them. I have no idea where the car was parked for the hours I spent waiting, but the car was covered in bird crap after I paid and was given the keys. More
