Had to go in person to make an appointment. I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week. When I arrived they did say I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week. When I arrived they did say that a couple of people were out sick with covid so I can understand the trouble that I had. Patrick Landon took care of me. He is a very good employee. More

I waited at the dealership for four hours to receive an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. I was told when I checked in that it would be a 2.5 hour wait due to staff illnesses and they also oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. I was told when I checked in that it would be a 2.5 hour wait due to staff illnesses and they also covered the charge of my oil change. While I understand staff shortages are difficult to manage, I would like the dealership to come up with a solution so I do not need to wait four hours. I also appreciate the coverage of my oil change, but I would rather pay my full bill and have a shorter wait. The long wait has been a reoccurring issue at this dealership since I have been going the past three years but four hours was a new record. I will be researching other service departments that comply with my warranty. More
