Car service was ok. But the cashier in service center has poor costumer service and RUDE attitude. Instead of her helping me to get answers with my question she immediat But the cashier in service center has poor costumer service and RUDE attitude. Instead of her helping me to get answers with my question she immediately just walked out and said “I am close and there is nothing I can do”. Thats is not a good costumer service attitude!!! She shouldn’t be in the front cashier if she has that type of attitude. Not coming back there for a service. Luckily the front desk lady who helps with tags and other documents helped me and did her best to gave answers compare to the african american service casher!!! VERY RUDE!!! Antwerpen educate your people on proper costumer service. More

Had Coolant Flush and heating is not functioning properly. Had heat for a decade now it's not working. Unwilling to let mechanic "try" to fix what they clearly broke.
