I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless you want to be deceived, lied to and provided misinformation. My experience with my vehicle will be one I will not forget. I take my car in for an issue they advise me after looking over the car that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. They claimed they diagnosed it and could not find anything. This is after having the car more then a day. When I go to pick the vehicle in the evening. I get the paper work stating they looked over everything and if problem persist it could be a certain part and they recommend doing both sides and was giving a written quote for that figure. So when they bring my car around I see the same issue with the car by this time the service advisor left and I just left the car there . I also noticed a difference in the way the front was going down and I never had an issue with that.The next day they look at the car again and now they say found a leak in suspension and they need to replace something on one side but recommend to replace on both sides. The written quote I was provided im told it was incorrect so the new figure now is almost triple. It went around 1,900 to around 6,000. The question I ask myself is did you really look at my vehicle and diagnose it. How could you not find this problem the first time. So I pick up my car this past Saturday notice the Ecs is showing on the dashboard. I understand that’s part of the suspension but before bringing it into the dealer it was not on but now it is. I don’t if these people can be trusted it sound like they could not figure out the issue and want to replace everything that could lossy be wrong. Over all an awful experience after being quoted one price then totally switching prices and from going to nothing is wrong everything is fine to all of sudden trying to replace everything. I highly recommend if you need service do not come to Antwerpen drive the extra miles to another dealer so you will not be deceived lied to and taking advantage of. More
