I've had a good experience with this dealership in the past but was very disappointed with this visit. My car had been ready for approximately 15 minutes with no contact by the service department. I had to go to the desk to ask if it was ready to go. Then when I got in the car, the tire pressure light was illuminated on the dashboard. I turned around to have the technicians reset it; after waiting again, the young man said he checked the tires and the light would go off after driving for a couple of miles. After 2 days and 50+ miles, the light still comes on. Lastly, I assumed that when you spend over $200 for an oil change and 120000 mile service, all the fluids would be topped off...didn't happen. Service centers used to fill the washer fluid but I didn't get that courtesy here. More
