No one answers the phone; had to drive to dealership for appointment. Left car for service, they sent an electronic quote which I had questions on but I signed and returned anyway. CSR never read the authorization so no one worked on my car for 1 week. I called after several days for status...no one answered the phone. After several days I get thru to service desk and the CSR tells me, "Oh, yes, you DID authorize the service. We'll get started right away, likely have the car this afternoon." No call, no car. I call the next morning (3x) finally get thru and another employee tells me "Oh, it will be 2-3 WEEKS. They didn't tell you that when you dropped it off. Oh well, I can give you the VM of someone else." Click. If I could turn back time, I would NEVER AGAIN take my car into this dealership. It's a shame as they are most convenient to my home but convenience does not outweigh courtesy. They don't need to move to bigger, fancier quarters across the street. By the time the building is done, they will have driven all of their customers away. More
Although we had issues with delays on a previous warranty issue at this dealer, this time we have been given priority and everything has moved quickly with both the dealer and Hyundai corporate taking full r issue at this dealer, this time we have been given priority and everything has moved quickly with both the dealer and Hyundai corporate taking full responsibility. The problem is the Sonata oil loss issue and our service advisor worked hard to get us enrolled in the corporate remediation program. We were anxious that this would be a warranty struggle and are so relieved that we have received excellent service. More
Extremely slow customer service and response time. Called and chatted with the service rep multiple times over a week to get my SUV serviced for a recall notice. Never received a call back to setup an appointment even after leaving my contact info on their voicemail. After 4 or 5 attempts, I was finally able to make an appointment. When I picked up my SUV, I found a leftover parts box, trash and a plastic cover in my backseat. I'm not sure if this was part of the original broken plastic part or something that should have been installed. More
