It’s absolutely inconsiderate of the customers time to recommend and confirm appointments for service yet it’s not mentioned your car won’t actually be worked on at the appointed time slot. I had my wife recommend and confirm appointments for service yet it’s not mentioned your car won’t actually be worked on at the appointed time slot. I had my wife wait onsite to drop off my car at 8:30am. At 12:52pm it’s still not ready for a warranty covered service and was even asked to allot 45 more minutes until complete. It’s upsetting to have frequented this car center and literally spend half your day without the appropriate communication. I was not once called to discuss the status of my car. I instead had to call the center 2x just to see what’s going on. I know the service requested can be completed in under 2hrs because last visit was for the exact same repair just for the other door. In short, the appointment system seem useless and waste of time. More

Hyundai vehicles are good vehicles but the service experience is putting bad impressions on the whole scenerio. Comparing with Toyota service experience they have a long road to cover. Deanna in service was terrible at following up about my vehicle. I constantly had to reach out to check on any status. I wasn’t greeted and when I w by to sit down I passed several employees none of them spoke. I was appalled. At the end of my service I wasn’t given any information on the service.
