I was scheduled for an appointment at 1pm for just an oil change. I didn’t get out of there until 3:45pm… apparently people were out for lunch. Why even schedule me if people aren’t even going to be there to change. I didn’t get out of there until 3:45pm… apparently people were out for lunch. Why even schedule me if people aren’t even going to be there to service it? I got into my vehicle and the service sticker on my window wasn’t even updated. I told the service guy and he updated a setting in my dash to notify me on my next service but let’s see if that even works. The lounge also had no water bottles so waiting around was xxx. Very poor experience. More

I’ve had so-so experiences with this service center in the past - frequently changing service advisors, long waits, and issues with documentation and explanations. However, this time was maybe my best vis the past - frequently changing service advisors, long waits, and issues with documentation and explanations. However, this time was maybe my best visit so far. The service advisor I worked with explained things clearly, gave me options, and reviewed my car service history as well. More
