My service agent Wayne did not get back to me regarding my vehicle. I always had to hunt him down. Very incompetent, did not make appropriate phone calls to my extended warranty provider. If he did not know how to go about the process he should have asked somebody or he could have asked me. I was able to give him the correct number to call and get the process started. Just lies were told constantly, favorite words, “I will call you right back”, that never happened! I would have given a zero rating or 1 star but I got my car back, it seems to be fixed! More
After 4 hours of waiting, $347. 45 repair cost ($5.99 part included in the price), and a 12 page Automobile Status Report with additional repairs total over $6,000; Richard Poppe h 45 repair cost ($5.99 part included in the price), and a 12 page Automobile Status Report with additional repairs total over $6,000; Richard Poppe had a "repair "made that was not needed and I realize that 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. I called Richard back immeddiately and return to the dealership to point out the noise that was the cause of my concern and he stated that was not the noise that he had heard and he set up an appointment for the following week and the $347.45 would go towards the repair of the motor mount, which he said was now the issue after sitting in my car for less than 2 minutes.I didn't have any faith in the dealership properly repairing my car and at the next appointment I requested a partially refund which Poppe refused to give me until he realize that I was going to wait 2 hours for the Chris Murry, the supervisor of Service, to come in for work. More
Visited the facility to replace AC compressor for my Tucson 2018. Technician negligently didn’t put back the bolts for bottom shield/ cover, resulting the bottom cover fell off. Scratched and I have to Tucson 2018. Technician negligently didn’t put back the bolts for bottom shield/ cover, resulting the bottom cover fell off. Scratched and I have to visit a service centre and paid for bolts and service. Wasted my time, money and damage to my vehicle. More
