When I walked into the dealer I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. Took about 10 min for someone to help me. The day of my scheduled appointment I never received a phone call about the status. While I think some of the issues we had with the car were not only because of the car's age, but problems caused by the technicians that tried to find and resolve the problem, Joseph was always very nice and not only because of the car's age, but problems caused by the technicians that tried to find and resolve the problem, Joseph was always very nice and professional. The oil change and recall work was fine, however, the mechanics left smudgy dirt on my steering wheel and door and I also noticed 2 days later that there was scuff marks on my driver side bumper from som mechanics left smudgy dirt on my steering wheel and door and I also noticed 2 days later that there was scuff marks on my driver side bumper from someone hitting my vehicle, my car was parked in my driveway for the two days that I missed seeing it.
