Long waits for service with no communication to let me know it would take longer than expected. I had to call several times to try and get a time of completion after the initial time promised, passed. On know it would take longer than expected. On one of the two most recent visits, did not receive the correct oil for my oil change as requested and was quoted. Having a rep tell me that a particular oil blend should be satisfactory is condescending at best, when I specifically asked for full synthetic. May be odd for dealers and service shops to hear but when I’m vested in maintaining my car that is in great working condition, and I’ve already had less than good service at your shop but gave you another chance, I don’t want to hear that I should be okay with what you did to my car when that wasn’t requested. More
Poor communication, I was told I needed brake work among other parts, found out from another business that my brakes were fine. I had to consistently call for updates, they never called me first.
