There must have been a miscommunication between the sales rep and the service department. I was scheduled to have my rims repaired/replaced and they rescheduled me for another day. Really confused as to why rep and the service department. I was scheduled to have my rims repaired/replaced and they rescheduled me for another day. Really confused as to why I had to bring my vehicle in for them to evaluate and take photos after the sales rep had taken them and submitted them to the necessary party I was under they impression that my repair/replacement would be performed on the date/time scheduled. Poor communication with my service advisor. Dealer had my vehicle for over a month before sending me the necessary paperwork in order for them to perform the required diagnostic test.
