car was towed to the dealership. I was away on a trip, but Ms. Parks kept my family up to date on the problems and repair. I dropped my car off at 1030am and was told it would take 2 hrs I called back at 2pm because I haven’t heard anything, he said I told him I need it by 330pm which was a lie.
