I have been a regular customer of this dealership for over 7 years. With my last car service experience with Deanna, I would never go to this dealership for any services. During my last visit, I specific over 7 years. With my last car service experience with Deanna, I would never go to this dealership for any services. During my last visit, I specifically mentioned, that my car is making noise while moving to steer right/left & reversing the car. After diagnosis, I got a call from Deanna saying, "Technician did a visual diagnosis, noise is coming from front brake pads & rotors, and those need to be replaced". I told her to go ahead and fix the issue. After 5 mins, I realized that car was making noise while steering right/left and not while braking. I immediately call her and left a message. No response back, I called her three times and finally got a hold of her. I told her the issue cannot be a brake pad, but instead of listening to my concerns, she raised her tone and told me it was a brake pad and will ask the technician to drive the car after the brake pad fix and check if the noise is still coming. After a while, I got a call from her saying that the noise was coming from the axle and that need to be replaced & cost around $2,000 and if I want to move forward to fix it. Because of their misdiagnosis, now I have to pay for the brake pads and she wants my approval to fix another $2,000 worth of repairs. Before even calling, I would at least expect Deanna to do her due diligence based on the information that I provided and check whether the diagnosis from the technician is correct or not (I'm very disappointed). In these high inflation times, this dealership, all its care is how to rip off customers and put more money into their pocket. I was really frustrated with the misdiagnosis they did and the money I had to pay for the brake pads which wasn't even an issue. I'm definitely complaining to Better Business Bureau and Hyundai USA about their malpractice. More
Let me start that called 9 times throughout the week to try to reschedule the appt (that i had to schedule almost 3-4 weeks in advance) and literally got put on hold for 20-30 minutes each time or couldn't try to reschedule the appt (that i had to schedule almost 3-4 weeks in advance) and literally got put on hold for 20-30 minutes each time or couldn't get through at all. got hung up on twice. The advisor was very nice. They informed me when i arrived for a routine oil change that I also had a recall. Said it was add about 30 minutes. I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and this recall. It wasn't until I walked up to the counter and asked about the status that they said that they were finishing the recall and it was taking a while to upload... They apologized, however i then waited almost another hour without an update until i walked to the counter again. They put an oil change sticker in my window but didn't reset the computer so now my car is yelling at me that I'm PAST due for service. Pretty sure they didn't rotate the tires either even though it says they did. Honestly I'm not convinced the changed the oil. Probably won't ever come back. Bought the car at another dealer but moved to this area so it was more convenient--but honestly ill probably just drive the 45 min to not deal with this. More

I was always told not to take your car to a dealership for repairs because the cost after taking my car and noticed the prices which were very Reasonable and the work they had done on my car it was exce for repairs because the cost after taking my car and noticed the prices which were very Reasonable and the work they had done on my car it was excellent I made a conscious decision never to take my car to a side mechanic ever again the quality of work was excellent I brought my car in for three recalls I got a ride back home they pick me back up my car is ready sound in better than it ever sound before and I can’t wait for my next visit so if you have a been a person like me who was always afraid to take your car back to the dealership for repairs give them a chance More
