I was given an an appointment for 10/18/22 on 9/26/22. I dropped my car off the night before only to find out do to some system glitch my car hadn't been touched and was considered a drop off. Had I not called my car would have been sitting for 1 to two weeks. I am also questioning whether I received the correct repair. I had a diagnostic performed at another repair shop that was more thorough than Antwerpen's and produced a different diagnosis than Antwerpen's, and all the service manager could say was it was no need for Leading Edge to perform the test they did. They also misplaced my fuse box cover. I did find it the next day under my seat, while looking for something else. I was told they were better than Towson Heritage, that's why I took my car here, when told to take it to the dealer. When I told the service manager I usually take it to Heritage, he asked me why I didn't go there instead. Needless to say my whole experience was not a good one. I forgot they didn't even call me to tell me my car was ready. I called them for status of the repairs. More

When I called on Friday at 3 pm they were just putting it up on the lift. I was so mad no calls again me and my boyfriend was so mad we told them we will come get our car. That was the only car we have. I called to days before bringing my car in and The service manager told me it was going to be ready on Thursday so I would not have to get a rental.if I didn't call them I probably would not have my car until next week and no way to get to work. Poor customer service and management they claim they are backed up I should have been told that sooner poor communication now I had to reschedule to get my car looked at next week so inconvenience More

Service department seem to not have changed in 20years. Simple task as installation of mud guards correctly could not be completed on 3 trys. Money time n gas wasted. Its pretty sad I started buying Hyundai back in the day when they had Transmission problems n now I am 70, All I ever bought was Hyundai because they were affordable n low maintenance but if u ever needed Service, it was digging for Water in a desert. I thought from the time #i kept my Sonata for 17 yrs they had changed:just from my miserable 3 days I am feeling scared if I need service for something more important More

I understand that Daniel, who worked in the service dept. is no longer working with Antwerpen. I was told that the work that need to be done was not the work that was performed. I was told that the 2 wheel s is no longer working with Antwerpen. I was told that the work that need to be done was not the work that was performed. I was told that the 2 wheel speed sensors and a wheel bearing in the front of the car needed to be replaced, come to find out only a rear wheel sensor was done. I also asked for my schedule maintenance to be done, which wasn't. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. Now my car is in the shop again for the same reason. Now I'm being told that it is the front passenger side wheel speed sensor that needs to be replace. More
