Going down fast!!! Nasty and Rude! This place has the worst customer service that I have every experienced from a car dealership. When it's time to buy the car everybody is so friendly This place has the worst customer service that I have every experienced from a car dealership. When it's time to buy the car everybody is so friendly and helpful especially when it's time to pick the warranties. But when its time to service the car and honor the warranty's they try to get over on you and nobody has answers. Then when they do answer its with a very disgusting attitude. I have been going here for four years and this will be my last time!! Very rude and nasty!! More

On May 31,2013 I had my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced for a factory recall and My rear brakes were making noise. The problem was my rotors had grooves that looked like a vinyl record. They gave me excuse for a factory recall and My rear brakes were making noise. The problem was my rotors had grooves that looked like a vinyl record. They gave me excuses like the vehicle sits, you have no mileage for a 2009. I drive 5 miles each way to work the vehicle does not sit. I wanted the rotors replaced because they are defective from the factory. The brake pads had plenty left . Rotors should not be worn like this at 26400 miles. They milled them down but would not replace them. Thats taken money out of my pocket. REMEMBER....JACK SAYS NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
On May 22 my daughter came to the service department for routine maintenance. Jennifer told her at 30k the factory recommended a coolant flush and some other items. Price was $130.00 for the coolant flush routine maintenance. Jennifer told her at 30k the factory recommended a coolant flush and some other items. Price was $130.00 for the coolant flush. Due to the price of the service, she could only afford to do some of it and thought the coolant was the more important than the cabin air filter replacement. My daughter told me what service was performed and how much it cost her. I told her the coolant was not due to be changed for the first time until 50k. She was quite upset, because she could have had the cabin air filter changed. I called Mike Shipe, the Service Manager and explained what had happened. His response was that she could have said no to the service. He said he would speak with Jennifer and call me back. I called him several more times. No response. I called Michael Antwerpen and left a message for him. No response. I spoke to Ralph, Customer Relations. He said he would check into it and call me back. Well it's been a month and no one has called me back. My daughter has not been contacted either and no refund has been issued. My daughter was told the coolant flush was factory recommended service at 30k and it is not. She should be issued a refund. She purchased her Sonata from this dealership and has her maintenance performed at the service department. She is (maybe was) loyal to this dealership, but customers should be able to trust that when you are told by your Service Writer that the "factory" recommends maintenance (based solely on your mileage), it is a factory recommendation and not a dealership upsell. The service is a total nightmare!. This service manager The service is a total nightmare!. This service manager told me "You are one step away from being thrown out" after I disclosed he lied to me that m The service is a total nightmare!. This service manager told me "You are one step away from being thrown out" after I disclosed he lied to me that my vehicle is out of warranty. My car only has 22,000miles and bought 2009, firstly he lied to me I only have 36K warranty, the 5yr/60K is only basic warranty. I called Hyundai immediately, the Hyundai told me they are lying and told me I have full 5yr/60K warranty. Then this Tim Shipe told me the warranty does not cover the broken lugnut. I asked why did you told me my car is out of warranty at first, he then told me "you are one step away from being thrown out". In the whole process, I did not see any improper words or dirty words. It is a real nightmare, I will never buy Hyundai again. I bought a brand new 2009 model in Feb 2009, but the warranty start from Oct 2008 with less than 10 miles. I drived A car but finally they give me a B car I am using which has less than 10 miles. They are not honest and recommend too many services to me when I did oil change last time two years ago so I never do oil change again with them except the repair and now get such result. More
I have gone for Oil change to my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. They took almost 2 and half hours for Oil change. And they asked for lot of recommendations and i regrete it. Because of that they delayed oil change They took almost 2 and half hours for Oil change. And they asked for lot of recommendations and i regrete it. Because of that they delayed oil change. I am really pissed off this dealership. After oil change they park your vehicle in their huge parking lot and you take it from that parking lot. More
My 2010 Sonata which I have only had for 1 year 4 months (20 miles when I bought it) now has rust spots and the service manager is trying to say that it is not obvious to him that it is a paint defect. He s (20 miles when I bought it) now has rust spots and the service manager is trying to say that it is not obvious to him that it is a paint defect. He says the Hyundai rep will have the final say. It has been several weeks and no contact. I have gone in, and I have called twice, to no avail. I am about to write to the corporate offices in California. If that doesn't provide satisfaction, I will be contacting my attorney! More

I will never buy another Hyundai ever again. T totally broke down on me. I had just paid them my damn are and now they want my leg, Kidney and heart. I will never buy another Hyundai ever again. This has been the worst experience of my life and the money they are changing to service these vehicles is enought to buy a newer better vehicle. More
