Great Sales AND Service Experience! :-) I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pre I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pressure, friendly experience! Over the years, we've only had 2 issues that needed attention, and Hyundai stood behind their product and fixed the issues according to their stated warranty. Our Service King was Chris, and he made the appointment, sent me an email reminder, and then promptly checked me in the next morning- Chris handled our issue from start to finish, and had my car ready by 3:00PM same day. Fantastic customer service, and no pushy up selling. {:-) More

Great service again! I brought my 2012 Sonata for brakes and oil change. We held off on the brake maintenance for 3 service trips on my contact, Ben's, recommendation. T I brought my 2012 Sonata for brakes and oil change. We held off on the brake maintenance for 3 service trips on my contact, Ben's, recommendation. This saved me much time and money as we didn't do the brakes prematurely. The service visit couldn't have been better. My car was finished almost to the minute promised with a recall and a warranty repair added in at no cost. My only complaint is that you aren't located closed to Severna Park, but there's not much you can do about that!! Once again it was wonderful to work with Ben Washington. He's the best! More

60K checkup I had a Black Friday coupon for maintenance, so of course I used it! The service team was professional and very helpful making my visit as pleasant a I had a Black Friday coupon for maintenance, so of course I used it! The service team was professional and very helpful making my visit as pleasant as can be expected when having hundreds of dollars of maintenance done! I asked them to also check my interior overhead lights. After the service, the tech showed me what needed to be done. There was nothing wrong. More

My colleague found that to be strange to want to get customer service and feeling like you are bothering them. I almost don't want to call back but I always like to get my car service when it's due.
