Quick oil change . Took less than 1 hour. I waited in the lounge until the car was ready. The person that checked me in must have just started as she needed to look at . Took less than 1 hour. She tried to sell me a fluid brake change but could not explain why my car needed it. I don’t recall her name More

Great Sales AND Service Experience! :-) I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pre I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pressure, friendly experience! Over the years, we've only had 2 issues that needed attention, and Hyundai stood behind their product and fixed the issues according to their stated warranty. Our Service King was Chris, and he made the appointment, sent me an email reminder, and then promptly checked me in the next morning- Chris handled our issue from start to finish, and had my car ready by 3:00PM same day. Fantastic customer service, and no pushy up selling. {:-) More
