Doug's Outstanding Fix to a Dealership SNAFU This dealership has been my primary service center for my Hyundai Elantra since I moved up to Baltimore and I've never really had any issues with ther This dealership has been my primary service center for my Hyundai Elantra since I moved up to Baltimore and I've never really had any issues with there service. In February I had called to make an appointment for an oil change and a multi-point inspection in which I brought my car to the dealership, dropped it off and was told that they did not have my appointment in the system. The tech who I had actually spoken with prior to that week on the phone was there and insisted I made it for a Tuesday and not President's day because it would have been to busy for me to make it on President's day. Wasn't pleased, but they did squeeze me in. Several hours later, I was called and told my car was ready for pick up, and when I inquired about the scraping noise on the rear tire of my car and what the brakes were at, he did not have an answer for me. Seeing as a brake inspection was included with the multipoint, It was disconcerting they didn't have an answer, but the service agent told me he would call me back and give me the details. Few hours later they called me and informed me that I had at least 5k on the back, and 10k on the front. The noise was still there and they informed me that it was likely the result of recent rain and salt from the roads in the winter. A few weeks later and the noise was still there and even worse. I had a friend look at my wheel and the back brake was beyond metal on metal. The rotor was scored to heck. Not sure if 5k miles left must have meant 5k miles ago? I immediately called up to the dealership and was able to speak with Doug. After explaining the situation, he asked me if I could bring it in, to which I was able, and said that he was going to work to make this thing right. I brought the car to the dealership and within 30 minutes, I received the multi point inspection I should have received weeks ago when I was there with my wallet open and asking for the service. Doug went above and beyond to make sure that I was not inconvenienced by this whole mess. I will still continue to use this dealership, but I will likely only work with Doug because of his professionalism, willingness to work with the customer, and ownership to make it right - even when it wasn't his mistake. More

He always explains things to me. The time my car was serviced was shorter than promised. Altogether, a pleasant experience. More

Excellent The only thing that I would suggest you fix is when a customer is offered a loaner car from Enterprise Rental, your service department or whoever, MUS The only thing that I would suggest you fix is when a customer is offered a loaner car from Enterprise Rental, your service department or whoever, MUST let the customer know that while the $100 deposit will be refunded, it is NOT cost free to the customer. Your dealership only pays $25 of a $34 cost leaving the customer responsible for the $12-$13 difference. It's not a lot of money if it's a 2018 one-day use, it’s the principal of the customer being made to believe it's "free" and the deposit is refundable and then going to Enterprise and being told, no it's going to cost you $12-$13 PER DAY. So, I would suggest to train your people to make sure the customer knows that before making the decision of using a loaner car from Enterprise. On a positive note, when I told Doug this he made provision to lower the price of the service I required. I appreciated that he took responsibility and took action to make me happy. So, thank you for that Doug. More

The service department is always willing to assist when necessary even during an emergency they will make it possible to handle the situation right away. Ben Washington (Service Advisor) is the best because he communicates and take heave to what the problem may be and he tends to it fast, it's a good thing when you are familiar with your customers by name that means a whole lot. I cannot Praise him enough but thanks so much for the excellent service to my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. recently. More
