After about an hour he came and told me that my axles needed to be replaced he researched and discovered they would be covered under warranty. I have needed axels for the six months and no one informed me they were under warranty. I've had several bad experiences getting my car serviced this time was by far the best service I have ever received. More

Made an appointment for Tune-Up I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. MS CARLA SAID I COULD BRING IT IN AFTER 1:00 PM I DID. SHE DID MY PAPER WORK. SHE CALLED ME BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND TO I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. MS CARLA SAID I COULD BRING IT IN AFTER 1:00 PM I DID. SHE DID MY PAPER WORK. SHE CALLED ME BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND TOLD ME MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT THERE, MY CAR WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME. I CHECKED OUT AND WAS BACK TO WORK IN NO TIME AT ALL. MY CAR IS RUNNING SMOOTH. A SPECIAL BIG TIME PROPS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BECAUSE WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE, THERE WAS NO WHERE TO EVEN PARK. WHEN I LEFT THE SERVICE AREA WAS ALL CLEARED. AWESOME!
