I was disappointed as usual. When I got back to pick up my car after leaving it at 7:30 in the morning and having to pay 26.00 to get to work they had not even touched my car and When I got back to pick up my car after leaving it at 7:30 in the morning and having to pay 26.00 to get to work they had not even touched my car and I did not have another 26:00 for the next day. Thankfully the young man that was working lent me a loner car. Even though I took the car back the next day an got my car I’m not sure the recall was done. I am going to have someone check behind them because I’ve had trouble with them before. I had my car serviced before getting on the road to drive to SC only to learn because my car started to knock that there was no oil in it and the service I got that morning was and oil change. I really don’t trust Antwerpen anymore. More

Appts are minimum 3 weeks and the service is subpar. Takes 2 hours longer than they tell you. They do not return calls. I ended up having to stop in to schedule service because no one answered the phone Takes 2 hours longer than they tell you. They do not return calls. I ended up having to stop in to schedule service because no one answered the phone or would call back. Bought car from there and pay an extra 250 a month for a plan to be able to have a courtesy vehicle, what a lie. They can’t even schedule one a month out when trying to get service for something that was Hyundais fault. Poor all around. More
