Fast, Friendly, Pre-purchase Inspection I was in the process of buying a used car from an internet dealer in VA, The car passed VA inspection, but failed in MD where i live. The dealer loaned me the car for a week to complete whatever repairs were required and have it pass inspection. I got parts and did the repairs within a week, but the original inspection location could not take me for a week! Out of towner I want to thank the staff at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville...i was visiting my sister in Baltimore when inroute from Delaware i had gotten a flat tire I want to thank the staff at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville...i was visiting my sister in Baltimore when inroute from Delaware i had gotten a flat tire...because i came in after service hours on Saturday i had to wait until Monday to get service. Mr King took over my car in which i found out the tire had to be replaced and I wouldnt be able to have it done until the next day when the tire could be delivered. Mr King provided me with transportation back to my sister after i had the car towed there. He got in touch with me as promised the next day when the tire was changed and the car was ready and sent me transportation to get back to the dealership .I found the staff at service very professional and friendly More

He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful. More
