Not too happy this time around Left my wife's vehicle for maintenance service on a Sunday night for service on following Monday, no one called to let me know service was completed, Left my wife's vehicle for maintenance service on a Sunday night for service on following Monday, no one called to let me know service was completed, thinking maybe they were really busy, expected a late call, only knew after 5 pm Monday when I called for an update. Although paperwork indicates fluid check etc. etc, fluids were not topped and the cover to the radiator reservoir tank was missing! Usually I get a nice wash and vac but didn't get that this time around as well although my wife asked for a wash and was advised by service advisor it would get done, but it was not as important as the missing part. I called to advise of issues and they have to shuttle the part to my home when part arrives at dealership which is much appreciated since we live quite far . Never had any issues with service before. Our experience here has always been a positive one until this one, hope this improves since we really like the dealership, maybe a more efficient check off once service is completed rather than leading you to believe and trust it has been done when you sign off upon return of your vehicle. More

Good Service Experience, But I was very pleased with Lily, my service manager, but when I was told my car was ready to be picked up, it was still not fixed and required two more d I was very pleased with Lily, my service manager, but when I was told my car was ready to be picked up, it was still not fixed and required two more days of service because the ignition cylinder needed to be replaced (a new one had to be ordered). A simple road test would have indicated that there was still a problem. Lily did the additional work at no charge and gave me a discount on the other repairs that were needed. It was an expensive visit and the maintenance required six days to complete, but I was satisfied with the end result when my car was finally ready. More
