Lack of Communication We scheduled an appointment for 7AM on Wed, 29 July for AC work. After waiting nearly all day for a call from the service dept, we tried to contact s We scheduled an appointment for 7AM on Wed, 29 July for AC work. After waiting nearly all day for a call from the service dept, we tried to contact service during the late afternoon. After multiple attempts, we finally learned that our vehicle would need to remain at the dealer while waiting for parts. We were told that the parts would arrive on Thursday and the service would be completed on Friday. Again, we waited all day Friday for any communication from service about the status of our vehicle. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get through to the service dept, we finally asked the main receptionist (Dawn) who we could contact. Dawn immediately went to the service dept to find out the status of our vehicle. Dawn was able to tell us that it would not be finished until Sat and told us that she would check again on Sat morning. When I checked back on Sat during late morning, Dawn immediately recognized my number and went to the service dept to check the status of the vehicle. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. When I checked again about 60min before closing, Dawn immediately recognized my number again and checked on my car. Finally about 20min before closing, the service dept contacted me to again tell me the vehicle would not be ready, We were finally able to pick up our vehicle on Monday. Although the length of time for the repair seemed excessive, the real problem we had with our experience was the lack of communication from the service dept. It doesn't seem like it should be the primary receptionist's job to hunt down the service rep to get information on a customer's vehicle repair. Our kudos to Dawn for her willingness to help us. She really showed the level of service that a customer would hope to experience. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR THE 5TH TIME IN A ROW!!! BE CAREFUL FOLKS! I have now owned 2 vehicles from Hyundai. Started with a 2013 sonata and now have a 2015 sonata. I began attending this specific dealership FOLKS! I have now owned 2 vehicles from Hyundai. Started with a 2013 sonata and now have a 2015 sonata. I began attending this specific dealership after my engine went up due to a improper oil change done at Firestone on liberty road. At that time the service with the 2013 sonata was decent. After obtaining the 2015 (Nov 2020 will make it 2 years now owing this vehicle) from this dealership I felt confident that my car could and would be serviced properly moving forward but that has not been the case.......AT ALL! Majority of my visits have not gone well since having the 2015. The very 1st thing that caught my attention was that I was no longer receiving the multi-point inspection report and had to request for one EVERY VISIT. Although your dealership documents states that the costumer receives this report which highlights potential issues in other areas. On my last FIVE visits, I have experienced a mix of extensive delays for simple services including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. The engine in the 2015 went up on me due to yet another improper oil change. (Yup improper oil change done at the DEALERSHIP) I’ve have been mislead and lied to where I’ve specifically asked for certain services to be completely and they were not but the dealership still attempted to charge for service. I’ve called out this dealership numerous times on flaws and continued to return giving the benefit of the doubt just to be extremely disappointed. I still have service to be completely but it is in my best interest to go to a new dealership. This location will smile in your face and stab you before you leave the door. Be extremely careful, extra cautious, and CHECK BEHIND THEM BEFORE LEAVING!!! You might of paid a pretty penny for nothing to be done... More

Oil Change I brought my car in for the first time to have a 7,000 oil change. At the time of purchase of my vehicle, I also purchased the additional free oil cha I brought my car in for the first time to have a 7,000 oil change. At the time of purchase of my vehicle, I also purchased the additional free oil change plan using the more expensive synthetic oil not blended. When dropping off my car I made sure to explain that I had this plan, asked if it was on my record and was advised yes. After picking up my car, I noticed the window sticker notated next oil change was in 3,000 miles. I called to ask why and the same person explained that's normal with oil changes. I asked why I was told the plan I bought was explained to me to only need to be changed at 7,000 miles. She then explained that was not the oil change done on my car. I had to bring it back the same day to have the correct service done. While very apologetic and washed my car for the inconvenience, this was not a good first impression. One last comment, I cannot submit this review without selecting an employee I worked with. I have no idea as you have not listed the service employees so I'm just selecting a name to get this review submitted which makes no sense. You should have other choices such as N/A or Unknown. More
