Worst experience ever. My 2017 Hyundai Elantra was there for 5 days for a simple battery diagnosis. No follow up calls to notify me of the status of my car. I will definitely not be returning unless it’s co for 5 days for a simple battery diagnosis. No follow up calls to notify me of the status of my car. Despite receiving fast service this last visit there were several avoidable things that happened. When I checked in...the female checking me in was polite but when she asked the older white gentleman next to several avoidable things that happened. When I checked in...the female checking me in was polite but when she asked the older white gentleman next to her if my car could be added to his list he was disgruntled about it. Once my vehicle was "done" they advised my oil change and tire rotation had been done. I asked about the other service I requested ( washer blade replacements). Oh...they forgot.. .so they had to take my car back. It didn't take long but just do things right the first time. Makes me feel like if you rush through reading orders did you rush through the repairs.. ??? More
