Buying a car after Covid sure is different. Shortage of cars in certain models, espcially, hybrid cars. My purchase of 2023 Sonata Hybrid was smoother than I thought. Demi, the sales person, was patient, very flexible and helpful in securing the car. Very informative without being push, allowed me to check things out. They held the car for me a week while I was traveling. Walked in on Wed. afternoon at 5:00pm and drove off with my car at 6:40pm. Love my car. Thanks for making my purchase easy and good. More

Poor customer service. The service department had my vehicle for several days and never initiated contact with me to inform me of the diagnosis and price. Once the vehicle The service department had my vehicle for several days and never initiated contact with me to inform me of the diagnosis and price. Once the vehicle was repaired no one contacted me to inform me that the repairs had been completed and that I could pick up my car. I would not return to this location for repair or otherwise. More
