I arrived at my appointment on time and was greeted by a service associate, he was friendly and professional and had a warm personality. He informed me that there are a few other customers ahead of me and t service associate, he was friendly and professional and had a warm personality. He informed me that there are a few other customers ahead of me and that I had maybe a 2 hour wait. He offered me water or coffee and lead me to one of two waiting areas. Much to my delight the wait time was shorter than originally stated and because my car was still under warranty the cost for service was zero, and I was happy about that. The waiting room was comfortable and had a large tv screen with a movie playing, I got so involved with the movie I forgot about the time and before I knew it he came and got me stating that I was done. I rate my service experience 10 Stars More
