We have recently been to the sister office in Clarksville, which was a painless experience. The experience in Catonsville was disjointed and disorganised and we nearly walked out when we were ne Clarksville, which was a painless experience. After sitting in the sales room, hungry for four hours, we demanded a loaner and eventually got the new car two days later. If it wasn’t for the fact that Catonsville had the only Santa Cruz around, we would have gone elsewhere. The salesman, Roland, was good though. Finally, a trailer hitch was listed as coming with the vehicle and it turns out it did not but I am left wondering where the nearly $500 for the hitch went ? More
