I spent a whole day in the service center when all I needed was for her to document my request and allow the mechanic to check out my complaint. She is also quite rude and needs to stay in her lane. At the end of my service, she (my opinion) comes to me to ask me to give them a good rating and not take the rating out on her. To me, she knew she was rude and was trying to cover herself so I wouldn't complain about her in particular. I let her know that I would be completing this survey and notating my experience. The other issue I encountered nearly cost me $500. Maintenance should do all they can to help save the customer money, not all they can do to cause more expenditure. More

Germaine Green was so helpful and kind. I was impressed with the clean and comfortable waiting room. Also impressive that there is a cashier to help with hearing-impaired customers.
