On 12 April 2022, I made an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2020 Santa Fe. I dropped the car off early in the morning and never received word that it was finished - I had to ca changed and tires rotated on my 2020 Santa Fe. I dropped the car off early in the morning and never received word that it was finished - I had to call them. When I picked it up, I noticed that the tires weren't rotated because one of the rims is scuffed and that tire was still in its original location. I called Antwerpen and they said that I could schedule another appointment to have the tires rotated. I brought the Santa Fe in on 26 April 2022, dropped it off at 7:30 AM, and once again did not get a message when the car was ready. I picked it up late in the day and once again - tires were not rotated. Now I'm wondering if my oil was actually changed. I would have never expected this poor service from a Hyundai dealership. Fortunately, they didn't charge me for the oil change but I'm wondering if they are claiming to do the work and then just pocketing the reimbursement from Hyundai USA. Suffice it to say, I will never go back to Antwerpen Hyundai. More

Salesman Tyrone Melvin was very helpful with helping me find a new car. With the inventory shortage, every dealer I called just said “we don’t have any” but Tyrone went the extra mile to find the car I wa find a new car. The dealer reached out after receiving an ok rating for an engine service visit and genuinely wanted to make it right. While reaffirming that the review had been with Hyundai and the dealer had done 5 star an engine service visit and genuinely wanted to make it right. While reaffirming that the review had been with Hyundai and the dealer had done 5 star trying to make it work, the way Hyundai designed engine warranty work appeared specifically to not be used. This time Rick nailed it on the head and kept my car in the shop for a few days until all the requirements Hyundai had requested were done and he was comfortable with the process. Thank you for trying to reach out and make this complicated process a bit more human. Highly recommend Antwerpen Hyundai as they so far really seem to care with the outcome, not just the service requested. More
