August 14, 2023 I tried to use that last oil change and was denied because I no longer owned the old vehicle. I wasn't allowed to transfer a service I purchased in advance and they didn't give me a refund. Furthermore, the oil change took 3 hours. That's absolutely ridiculous!! The communication is horrible. Sales rep told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. Needless to say that was a month ago. The manager had the nerve to call me and ask me how the car buying process was going, I told him his rep never called me back. He stated he would do his best to get me out of my current vehicle and into another one, that was 2 weeks ago.
