My service agent Wayne did not get back to me regarding my vehicle. I always had to hunt him down. Very incompetent, did not make appropriate phone calls to my extended warranty provider. If he did not kno my vehicle. I always had to hunt him down. Very incompetent, did not make appropriate phone calls to my extended warranty provider. If he did not know how to go about the process he should have asked somebody or he could have asked me. I was able to give him the correct number to call and get the process started. Just lies were told constantly, favorite words, “I will call you right back”, that never happened! I would have given a zero rating or 1 star but I got my car back, it seems to be fixed! More
