the shuttle pick up took a lot longer than was communicated to me. Service Dept: I arrived at the service dept about 20 mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I felt uncomfortable, I would normally give the Fob to the service age mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I had waited over 15 mins in front of Rick. No reply,greeting or eye contact!!("I did not exist") Finally, Daniel took my information. He stated, that the complimentary oil change / tire rotation waiting period will take 2 hours. I waited over 1 hour. I have decided to reschedule the complimentary service. Regards, More
