Buyer Beware! ! I purchased a one year supply (4) of oil changes. I had one oil change left when I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra. August 14, 2023 I tried to u ! I purchased a one year supply (4) of oil changes. I had one oil change left when I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra. August 14, 2023 I tried to use that last oil change and was denied because I no longer owned the old vehicle. I wasn't allowed to transfer a service I purchased in advance and they didn't give me a refund. Furthermore, the oil change took 3 hours. That's absolutely ridiculous!! If i was allowed to give this 0 stars, I would. More

The communication is horrible. Sales rep told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. Needless to say that was a month ago. My mom and I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from them in Sales rep told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. Needless to say that was a month ago. My mom and I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from them in the past, but over the years the lack the communication they portray to have. I gave up on trying to get a vehicle from them. The manager had the nerve to call me and ask me how the car buying process was going, I told him his rep never called me back. He stated he would do his best to get me out of my current vehicle and into another one, that was 2 weeks ago. Haven’t heard from him either, at this point I give up and will not be using them for future car buying More
