I dropped my car off at 1030am and was told it would take 2 hrs I called back at 2pm because I haven’t heard anything, he said I told him I need it by 330pm which was a lie. My car wasn’t ready until 430pm 2 hrs I called back at 2pm because I haven’t heard anything, he said I told him I need it by 330pm which was a lie. My car wasn’t ready until 430pm. Horrible timing More

I have always been a loyal Hyundai buyer/driver. When my 17-year car was rearended and deemed totaled I knew just where to go without any 2nd thought. The level of 1st and foremost, Empathy, Sincerity and Compassion given throughout this ordeal was Amazing!!! Remember I have not bough a car since 2005. M's Demi (Sales Rep) was Gracious and put me at ease and I think she recognized I was not an easy "Cookie' to deal with (lol) but she did her Job 5***** ++.. The General Manager was Great and the manager as well. The other employees there even though I did not have direct contact with them was pleasant upon approach, it seem like a Family atmosphere there. More

Nice people but the sales people there or even the sales manager are snakes and somehow ended up screwing me over completely. If I had seen what they were up to the deal would not have been completed. Not r manager are snakes and somehow ended up screwing me over completely.
