I purchased a 2007 Elantra in 2007. I did not know about this site until recently but I wanted to comment on my Antwerpen experience. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but I do remember not feeling hounded and pressured. I appreciated the help and information that was given at the time. This was my first new car experience and they made it a great one. I take my car here to be serviced as well and that is always a pleasant experience. I even have my brother take his Hyundai here for service. We tried something in Dundalk once for his car and it was not that great of an experience. More

upon entering the dealership a woman who was sloppily dressed asked why we were there. she introduced us to charles. i explained we were looking to purchase a new car and that we were comparing a lot o dressed asked why we were there. she introduced us to charles. i explained we were looking to purchase a new car and that we were comparing a lot of different cars. price was going to determine the car we purchased because we had already narrowed down to the models we would consider. i explained that it was price only - color was not important. charles proceeded to walk us around the car lot showing us every color the sonota came in - really - didn't care. we took a test drive. then he provided a price. too high so the 'man in the tie' came over and said that was the price. no haggling - no negotiating. we left. never once did charles - or the man in the tie (who did not introduce himself) ask for our name, phone, any contact info. terrible experience. I had a very positive experience at Antwerpen when purchasing my new Santa Fe. My old car was 10 years old and I was a bit anxious about picking out and buying a car. After having a miserable experience with Bob Bell Hyundai in Glen Burnie, MD, I contacted Anthony D'costa thru the Antwerpen website on 3/25/11. I relayed my experience from earlier that afternoon to him and what I was looking for. He was polite and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle I was calling about. He asked for 15 minutes to consult his manager and to call me back. He called me back within 10 minutes with an outstanding offer that he promised would be the final number with no hassle. I arrived at the dealership this am and Anthony had everything ready as promised. It was by far and away the best experience I have ever had buy a vehicle. Everyone we dealt with this morning at Antwerpen was first rate and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. His friendliness and car knowledge made my one day visit to the Baltimore area extremely pleasant. (Note, I traveled to this dealership because they gave me the best deal for my vehicle). I must say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Nobody was being pushy. The salesman, manager and finance guys could not have been any nicer to my son and I.
