WE were driving by and saw your dealership. We came to look at the cars outside and was appreciative of the fact that Rob came out to greet us and was very pleasant. We walked back together as he was very knowledgeable and showed us the different cars in stock. Since we had to go somewhere else we told him we'd be back and asked if he could have one of the cars out front so we could test drive it in an hour. Sure enough it was waiting for us, we drove it, liked it and he made us an offer. He offered us an ok price and worked with us to make us happy with another one. I would highly recommend him as a sales preson to my friends. More

I scheduled a test drive online and Rob May promptly sent me a reply email. So I went and met him to the dealer to test drive the new Veloster. I really liked Rob's approach to car sales. I knew a couple of other salesman but I knew I wanted to buy from Rob when I came to this site and saw he had 90% of the reviews.... and they were all positive. You don't expect to see overwhelmingly positive reviews on car dealers/dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised. I was on a time crunch and I was in an out in about two hours. I have gone for Oil change to my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. They took almost 2 and half hours for Oil change. And they asked for lot of recommendations and i regrete it. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Rob and the rest of the team at Antwerpen Hyundai made the purchase of our new Hyundai Sonata Limited. We had a really bad experience at another dealership, wasti of the team at Antwerpen Hyundai made the purchase of our new Hyundai Sonata Limited. We had a really bad experience at another dealership, wasting 2 hours for them to tell us that they wouldn't match or beat the price they had already agreed to by phone. I called Rob, he gave me a price for the car we wanted no hassle, no haggle. The price beat the pre-negotiated pricing we got from our national car buying group! The car had a few extras that we didn't expect and there was no extra cost. He didn't try to add anything on, the price was the price. How refreshing! Rob knew I was on a time crunch on the day we were ready to purchase. He had the paperwork and the car ready to go. Stacy offered the aftermarket options (paint and interior protection and ding repair) were presented concisely and without pressure. She knew her stuff, but we had already decided against the extras. Darlington did a great job of presenting the finance paperwork, it was easy and correct. When I had questions, he answered them with the ease of an expert! I had what I thought was good financing in place and they were able to beat it by .75%! Overall an excellent experience, I was in and out in an hour, and they even let my husband come back and sign his part when he got home from work. They made the entire process so easy that within a couple hours of my first internet inquiry, I was driving off in my new 2012 Santa Fe! I'm really glad I choose Antwerpen as my dealership and I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new car. More

I researched vehicles for a couple of months prior to purchase. The Hyundai Elantra and Sonata were two of my top 5 cars of interest. I chose Antwerpen as the place to test drive as they appeared to ha purchase. The Hyundai Elantra and Sonata were two of my top 5 cars of interest. I chose Antwerpen as the place to test drive as they appeared to have the largest inventory, based on the website. I contacted the internet sales department and made an appointment to test drive with Rob May. Rob pulled 3 cars for me to test drive and showed me all the features. He told me he could get whatever I wanted (exterior/interior/package) and to just let him know when I decided what I wanted, with no pressure. I spoke with some other (closer to home) dealerships to check on availability of what I wanted and price, with specifics to color/interior/package. My experiences with these other dealerships included the range of no one getting back to me at all, to telling me the 2 specific cars I was most interested in were so rare to find that I probably wouldn't be able to get them, to calling me/emailing me several times a day and trying to get me to purchase a car I didn't want, and this progressed to scare tactics when I told them I had decided to purchase from another salesman/dealership. Also, the price was better at Antwerpen than any of the other dealerships that answered me, which made purchasing from there a no-brainer. I really appreciated Rob's no-pressure approach to the sale. I was stressed at the prospect of buying a new car but Rob made the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. I am very happy with my new car purchasing experience and with my new car. More
