They did not pressure me with after market options rather simply advised what other options were available and for the ones I was interested in, he (Rob) explained each option in detail to ensure I was making the right decisions. When I met with the business manager to work out the financing she was already prepared with my credit report and had all financing options as soon as I sat down. After the deal was made Rob then took all the time I needed to go over as much detail of the features on my new car, set up Blue Tooth for my phone, explained all the features of the touch screen navigation, radio, blue tooth and much more. He gave more information than my brain could hold so he assured me he is always available for any questions. I wasn't at all surprised with the service I received as this was the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from this dealership (9 years ago), and not the last! More

WE were driving by and saw your dealership. We came to look at the cars outside and was appreciative of the fact that Rob came out to greet us and was very pleasant. We walked back together as he was very knowledgeable and showed us the different cars in stock. Since we had to go somewhere else we told him we'd be back and asked if he could have one of the cars out front so we could test drive it in an hour. Sure enough it was waiting for us, we drove it, liked it and he made us an offer. He offered us an ok price and worked with us to make us happy with another one. I would highly recommend him as a sales preson to my friends. More

I scheduled a test drive online and Rob May promptly sent me a reply email. So I went and met him to the dealer to test drive the new Veloster. I really liked Rob's approach to car sales. You don't expect to see overwhelmingly positive reviews on car dealers/dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised. I was on a time crunch and I was in an out in about two hours. I have gone for Oil change to my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. They took almost 2 and half hours for Oil change. And they asked for lot of recommendations and i regrete it. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Rob and the rest of the team at Antwerpen Hyundai made the purchase of our new Hyundai Sonata Limited. We had a really bad experience at another dealership, wasting 2 hours for them to tell us that they wouldn't match or beat the price they had already agreed to by phone. I called Rob, he gave me a price for the car we wanted no hassle, no haggle. The price beat the pre-negotiated pricing we got from our national car buying group! The car had a few extras that we didn't expect and there was no extra cost. He didn't try to add anything on, the price was the price. How refreshing! Rob knew I was on a time crunch on the day we were ready to purchase. He had the paperwork and the car ready to go. Stacy offered the aftermarket options (paint and interior protection and ding repair) were presented concisely and without pressure. She knew her stuff, but we had already decided against the extras. Darlington did a great job of presenting the finance paperwork, it was easy and correct. When I had questions, he answered them with the ease of an expert! I had what I thought was good financing in place and they were able to beat it by .75%! Overall an excellent experience, I was in and out in an hour, and they even let my husband come back and sign his part when he got home from work. Honestly, I was so stressed from other (personal) things, and was not even excited to buy a new car at first... but the sales team at Antwerpen were friendly, upbeat and there was no pressure. They made the entire process so easy that within a couple hours of my first internet inquiry, I was driving off in my new 2012 Santa Fe! I'm really glad I choose Antwerpen as my dealership and I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new car. More
