The employees at Antwerpen were great. I was in and out with a new vehicle under 2 hours. I WILL recommend Antwerpen to my friends looking for a new car. Our salesman , Robert May ,was very professional,informative and knowledgable about all of Hyundai products. He gave us all of the time we needed to look at the vehicles,test drive the professional,informative and knowledgable about all of Hyundai products. He gave us all of the time we needed to look at the vehicles,test drive the one we were interested in and then answered all our questions.He even told us to call him on his day off and he would meet us at the dealership-this turned out to be not necessary.When we picked up our car,Rob again reviewed all of the features. I called 2 days prior and he said he would have prices the first thing the next day. Nothing the next day so I called again and he said he would send ASAP..Nothing again? I thought Rob was very upfront and accomodating and went out of his way to appease us in regards to selling us our car. A couple of things that were'nt so pleasent from a dealership perespective. Our car was valued at 5500 blue book, and I realize that you may not give total bluebook, but my experince with other dealers is that it was somewhat close. Your offer was $2500. Unbelieveable! In any case we went down the street to Car Max and got the price we wanted. You may want to be more marketable in regards to you trade ins. It was a turn off. Secondly we had to wait for 50 minutes to get in with your finance guy. Once we met him the experience was fine, but after a long day at a dealership this was aggrevating. Maybe more than 1 finance guy on a busy Saturday would help? More

We went to this dealership in response to an ad. Before we even met the salesman, we were welcomed by a woman working at the service desk who started to chat with my husband while he waited for me in the l we even met the salesman, we were welcomed by a woman working at the service desk who started to chat with my husband while he waited for me in the ladies room. She personally took us over to the showroom and introduced us to the salesperson, Rob May. We felt very welcome. Salesman was very upfront throughout our transaction. Dealership had the car in stock and Rob immediately brought it down for us to look at, even though he had to clear it of ice and snow. He spent time explaining all the features in a very informative way with no pressure. Dealership was very straightforward with regard to pricing and trade-in. After we decided to purchase, Rob spent a lot of time helping us set up our My Hyundai account, and activating all the features of that, and also spent time explaining little things like the radio(with XM!) He set up my phone to work with the Bluetooth in the car. I definitely did not feel like he was rushing me once the sale was completed. I would certainly recommend this dealership and will definitely give them a shot for my service needs even though other dealers are closer to my house. Thanks Rob and Antwerpen! More

They did not pressure me with after market options rather simply advised what other options were available and for the ones I was interested in, he (Rob) explained each option in detail to ensure I was making the right decisions. When I met with the business manager to work out the financing she was already prepared with my credit report and had all financing options as soon as I sat down. After the deal was made Rob then took all the time I needed to go over as much detail of the features on my new car, set up Blue Tooth for my phone, explained all the features of the touch screen navigation, radio, blue tooth and much more. He gave more information than my brain could hold so he assured me he is always available for any questions. I wasn't at all surprised with the service I received as this was the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from this dealership (9 years ago), and not the last! More
