I just want to commend Rob May on the service he provided to me with the purchase of my new Hyundai Sonata last week. He was extremely responsive in communicating with me in a timely manner and was attentive to exactly what I wanted in terms of options with my new car...never once once trying to sell me something I didn't want nor need. I, myself, have been in customer service for the past 10 years working for a bank right here in Catonsville and recognize and appreciate good customer service when I see it. And Rob certainly delivered on his committment to deliver great service. Which to me is the most important quality to have in sales.
