The dealership gave me a very decent price on the car I wanted, but the best part of this experience was the customer service. I had researched several vehicles on line, so I knew what I wanted when I asked Antwerpen Hyundai for a quote on a specific vehicle. Rob was very prompt in getting back to me and he gave me a very competiti I wanted when I asked Antwerpen Hyundai for a quote on a specific vehicle. Rob was very prompt in getting back to me and he gave me a very competitive price. We had agreed on-line to meet the next day to look at the car. Rob emailed me early and said that unfortunately than car had been sold. That impressed me as he could have had me drive there and told me once I was at the dealer. Still wanting to look at a car, I suggested that I could come up later that week and Rob told me that he would do his best to find a similar vehicle, if not an exact match. By the time I arrived 4 days later, Rob had found another matching vehicle. I immediately liked Rob's friendly, informative, and down to brass tacks manner. We were able to take care of all the paperwork very fast, the only delay being the wait for the car to arrive. In the meantime, Rob gave me his car to drive home (I traded mine in) and take care of a few things, which agin made the process much quicker. The car arrived and was prepped and I was out in fairly short order. All in all, it was a very painless and open process. Rob and the other folks I dealt with were all very friendly, not pushy in any way, and made me feel like they welcomed my business. My wife will soon be in the market for a new vehicle and, if she opts to buy a hyundai, I won't hesitate to go backto Rob and Antwerpen. More

My experience with Mr May was quite refreshing. He was congenial, efficient and professional. I was particularly pleased when he let me use his phone charger for my phone. He also tried hes best to expedite the process so I could pick up my wife in Owings Mills. The entire process took from 12:30 when I applied online, to 3:25 when I drove the car off the lot. The finacial manager (Dalton Awala?) was also, expeditious, efficient, and professional. Based on my experience, I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. More

On May 22 my daughter came to the service department for routine maintenance. Jennifer told her at 30k the factory recommended a coolant flush and some other items. Due to the price of the service, she could only afford to do some of it and thought the coolant was the more important than the cabin air filter replacement. My daughter told me what service was performed and how much it cost her. I told her the coolant was not due to be changed for the first time until 50k. She was quite upset, because she could have had the cabin air filter changed. I called Mike Shipe, the Service Manager and explained what had happened. His response was that she could have said no to the service. He said he would speak with Jennifer and call me back. I called him several more times. No response. I called Michael Antwerpen and left a message for him. No response. I spoke to Ralph, Customer Relations. He said he would check into it and call me back. Well it's been a month and no one has called me back. My daughter has not been contacted either and no refund has been issued. My daughter was told the coolant flush was factory recommended service at 30k and it is not. She should be issued a refund. She purchased her Sonata from this dealership and has her maintenance performed at the service department. She is (maybe was) loyal to this dealership, but customers should be able to trust that when you are told by your Service Writer that the "factory" recommends maintenance (based solely on your mileage), it is a factory recommendation and not a dealership upsell. More
